B. Course Summary:

           This course is about introducing the basic concept of planning, and can be separated into two parts. In the first half semester will emphasize in conveying basic concept, including planning and plan, planning agency management, information for planning, methodologies, public participation, coordination and evaluation, and planning in every type and dimension. In the second half semester will discuss the problems that will be faced in planning different kinds of issue by studying some related cases. This course is the basic professional course for related fields.

C. Course Goal:

     a. Understand the basic idea and process of planning.

     b. Actually discussing planning for every issue.
