C. Course Goal:

        The course is intended to provide the student with a clear and thorough presentation of the theory and application of structural analysis as it applies to trusses, beams and frames. Understanding is based on the explanation of the fundamental knowledge of modeling, analyzing and designing the structures. Emphasis is placed on the importance of satisfying equilibrium, compatibility of deformation, structural analysis and practical application.
