Ocean and Coastal Management

B. Course Summary:
This course will take international trends and issues related to Taiwan as the main, discuss the basic concept and practical issues of the ocean and coastal management, and provide students to discuss and study different marine issues.
C. Course Goal:
Lead students how to uphold the concept of wise use to process the ocean and coastal management. Taiwan is surrounded by water, protection and resource use of ocean and coastal is becoming important day by day. Discuss different marine and coastal issues, initiate students understand and participate the basic concept and process of ocean and coastal management, in the same time strengthen students’ solving problem ability by discussing real cases.
