B. Course Summary:

        Describes commonly used operations research methodology, mainly in mathematical planning and system dynamics. It will simply describe the principle and application of linear programming, integer programming, objective programming and system dynamics, in the same time using software packages to solve mathematical models during the course, without too much mathematical theory.

C. Course Goal:

     a. Methods to mathematical planning and system dynamics.

     b. How to analyze and construct models of policy decision and management.
