  B. Course Summary:

          Project planning, design, construction and acceptance of building, or marine science research, need to be fully aware of the space (includes: land, sea) feature and terrain conditions. Surveying provides topographic measurement methods, instrumentation and expression (including maps). Measurements are first of all engineering work, and regardless of the design engineer or onsite supervision engineers are required to have this knowledge.

  C. Course Goal:

(a). Features and topographic location measurement method, the instrument should be used and the calculation process.
(b). Map expression and rendering.
