B. Course Summary

    Construction project is an important basis for the country's economic development. It is closely related to people's livelihood, and has a great relationship with the development of other related industries. Therefore, the construction industry is known as the locomotive industry said. In recent years, due to the increasing scale and complexity and upgrading construction technology, the importance of a gradual increase in construction management.

    Construction management is the process of using a series of ideas skills and knowledge to achieve the project objectives, budget, quality and security in time. That is expected at a scheduled time to complete the promotion and control of planning, design, contracting and construction work and other constructs within budget and quality. Construction project management is not a pure science, but an art!

    Allow students understand the relevant areas of construction management, in addition to be able to enhance their own learning and benefit subsequent studies.
